Lentils Field turns nutritional data into a textile structure. Each of the 200 dots represents 0.5% of the whole: 24% protein, 1% fat, 48% carbohydrates and 27% other content. The dots vary in color and pile height, turning these proportions into a tactile field.

Hand-tufted in 100% New Zealand wool, the rug uses five orange tones. Lighter colors have higher pile, while darker colors are lower, making the data physical as well as visual.
