400 raised and lowered dots arranged like the ribbed surface of grilled entrecote.

Entrecote Stripes translates the proportions of an entrecote into a textile structure. Each of the 400 dots represents 0.25% of the whole: 20% protein, 10% fat, 0% carbohydrates and 70% other content. The dots are arranged in stripes inspired by the ribbed appearance of grilled meat.

Hand-tufted in 100% New Zealand wool, the rug uses five red tones and different pile heights to make the composition physical and tactile. Lighter colors have higher pile, while darker colors are lower.
